British Bangladeshi Inprint Label


This is an imprint of MAPublisher and under this imprint it covers all aspects of the Bangladeshis living in United Kindom.

The Bangladeshi community has strived and moved forward, generations have integrated as well as assimilated in to the Bristish way of life. Many have adopted values, cultures and standards that resonate with them.

The British Bangladeshi are a progressive generation that will only refine themselves and this imprint will chronilce those journies and changes that impacts everyones life, Bengalis and Non Bengalis.

Chronicle of Sylhetis of United Kingdom -


This book is a humble begining to chronological list dates of events that has taken place for the Sylheti community of United Kingdom. So far there are over 3000 entries and this is growing at a phenominal rate, as databases do. All Bangladeshi in UK are encouraged to send dates of events that the community did to further the communitt's progression.

While our Bristish Bangladeshis progress in the field of education and many have gone to University, the author feels that the generation who go onto university to take stock of the rich historical ownership there is.  


                                              


Bite Size Islam -


This book is geered for the British bangladeshis who's first language has become English and along with it the western attitutes and approaches. This book is a light hearted way to enjoy learning about aspects of Islam.



                                                            


Mazar Sharif -


This book is a British Bangladeshi perspective of visiting the patron saint of Sylhet. Hazrat Shahjalal is Sylhet and Sylheti for the Sylheti Bangladeshis.  This book is a guide to the place and gives pointers and dos and don'ts 

                                                                                                   



 Numbers 1-100-

This is an aid in supporting people who's first languages is English. This book lists all the numbers from 1 - 100, written in English as trasliteratioin. It will help you to learn and pronounce each number up to one hundred. Many British Bangladeshi cannot count up to 100 in Bengali.  This is a learning aid for both, the adult and the child, this concept is learniing through teaching - parents learn while they teach their children.

This book is large format with bold lettering, its benefits out ways the risk of embarrasing oneself when asked to count.

We are well on our way but a very long journey it is and we are making it.  Many other titles are being produced for the British Bangladeshi community.
